These produce minimal ash, but knock that shit off gently every 15-20 minutes with tongs. Flip or rotate the coals to keep heat distribution even.
Light Properly
Use a coil burner or torch. Heat all sides evenly for 8-10 mins until fully red. Half-assed lighting = uneven, shitty burn.
Store Dry
